    Normally getting my taxes done has always been something that I don't look forward to. Sitting in front of someone that just enters your information into a program and charge you an arm and a leg for something that anyone potentially can do, is not existing at all. We are a military family and our schedules are crazy but flexibility and willingness to help us was as we were family.The customer service is second to none. I had a million questions about out of state earnings and all were answered. I felt as I had my personal accountant. Overall I can say that we had an awesome experience. Thank you!!!

    We just moved from texas & let me tell you the girls at the front office made it INCREDIBLY easy for us to move in! They always called back & answered any questions i had & even went so far to taking actual pictures of our apt! Love the new renovations & the resort pool is so much fun! Cant wait to have the fitness center up! Awesome apartments!

    Very Safe area--Located right across the street from the police and fire department. The leasing and management staff are very friendly and have worked with residents to create community events. They are currently doing renovations and so far they look great. I would recommend The Fairpointe to anyone.

    Went to check in for the busiest week of the year (4th of July and Blue Angels). Check in was 5:00 and the office closes at 6. Wouldn't you think on a busy check in day thr management would be available for at least a few hours after check in? Well not the case. They didn't give us our condo code in our packet which caused us to not be able to access our fully paid for condo. Called the number in packet and was put on hold for 30 minutes then told management wasn't available. After well over an hour, we tracked down the security who helped get us in to unit. What a poorly run operation.
