  Sitting here in the Midway tag office and there has been a time period of over 45 minutes when only one number was called while over 10 peoples names(appointments I guess) called ahead of everyone. I guess those who come and pull numbers are second class citizens. I can maybe understand calling one or two appts. over those that pulled a number but this is extremely excessive. We sit here and people come in and are called immediately ahead of us and make us wait indefinitely....terrible system. I'm writing this as I have waited over two hours and numbers 89 through 97 have been called. Two hours for eight numbers....unacceptable. Oh wait two more people's names are called.
